Erika Nicole Klotz is the founder and CEO of PopBookings, a leading event staffing and workforce
management platform used by thousands of event professionals nationwide. Over the past decade, she
has helped photo booth companies, event agencies, and experiential brands hire, train, and manage
reliable on-site attendants at scale—often across multiple cities and high-volume events.
Through PopBookings, Erika has overseen tens of thousands of staffed event shifts, working closely
with photo booth operators and other event managers to solve their most common hiring challenges:
finding dependable staff, reducing no-shows, standardizing training, and maintaining consistent brand
representation on-site.
